Pastor Mike and Heather Pilcher are honored to serve as the new Lead Pastors of Radiant Church. United in vision and passion, they are deeply committed to cultivating a vibrant, Christ-centered community where lives are transformed through God's love.
Pastor Mike has dedicated over three decades to ministry, rooted in a family legacy of Pentecostal service. His journey has included church planting, revitalizing struggling congregations, and building ministries that genuinely connect with and serve their communities. With a focus on biblically sound teaching, compassionate pastoral care, and strategic leadership, Pastor Mike strives to create environments where individuals can encounter God's love, grow in faith, and live out their spiritual calling.
Pastor Heather, a dedicated ministry leader with over 25 years of experience, specializes in women's ministry, worship leadership, and church administration. Heather’s heart is for developing meaningful connections, empowering women, and nurturing a community where everyone feels welcomed and valued.
Together, Pastor Mike and Heather bring a wealth of leadership, vision, and a heartfelt desire to shepherd God's people. They are passionate about fostering a church environment that promotes spiritual growth, community engagement, and outreach, all grounded in the love and teachings of Jesus Christ.
Their Vision is to lead Radiant Church into a season of revival, renewed growth, vibrant worship, and impactful outreach, making a lasting difference in the lives of individuals, families, and our community.
Family & Personal Interests
Pastor Mike and Heather are blessed with a wonderful family - married for 28 years and counting, they are proud parents of Chris, daughter-in-love Brooklyn, Brayden, Madison, and proud grandparents to Charlotte. They love spending time together, enjoying music, playing pickleball, cheering for the Dallas Mavericks, and exploring the outdoors.

TONY & STACEY CURTIS
Tony and Stacey became part of the Radiant family in 2019 after faithfully pastoring their own church for over a decade.
Tony has been devoted to serving the Lord since 1984 and was ordained in 1987. He holds an associate degree in Theology and a bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry. After 26 years of honorable service, he retired as a Chief Master Sergeant from the military.Stacey has been walking faithfully with the Lord since 1990 and has poured her heart into many areas of ministry - Women’s Ministry, Sunday School, Missions, and Children’s Ministry. She holds a master’s degree in Human Services and has spent more than 30 years devoted to helping strengthen families.Together, Tony and Stacey share a deep passion for spreading the Word of God and encouraging others in their faith. Married since 2002, they’ve built a loving family with six children, fifteen grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. In their free time, Stacey enjoys gardening, Tony is an avid football fan, and they both love hiking, biking, and spending time with family.
