LEAD PASTORS
PASTORS MAC AND JEN DALTON
Pastors Mac and Jen Dalton are the lead pastors of Radiant Church, based in Springfield, Illinois, where they reside with their two daughters. Their son is a Rhema Graduate and is currently a fireman in Texas. Pastors Mac and Jen believe it is God’s will for every born again believer to walk in the fullness of God in every area of life – spiritually, physically, emotionally, and financially; and their ministry helps lead believers to understand their position as a child of God and develop a deeper relationship with Father God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit.
Their array of education and responsibilities have led them through Rhema Bible Training College, multiple mission trips throughout the world for 4 years while on staff with Global Ventures, youth outreach ministry, and pastoring a church in southern Illinois for seven years. After taking classes with Global University they received their ministry credentials with the Assemblies of God in May of 2018. They joined the staff of Radiant Church in January of 2019. Pastor Mac took the position of Lead Pastor and Pastor Jen as Associate Pastor in July of 2019.

PASTOR JEREMY AND KELLY PUYEAR
Jeremy and Kelly Puyear have been serving as the Youth Pastors of Radiant Church since December 2017. They have a heart for students to know the realness and fullness of God. They want students to experience the love of Jesus in a way that is life-transforming and can be carried into adulthood, changing the trajectory of their lives.
Jeremy is credentialed with the Assemblies of God, having attended Global University. Kelly has graduated Bible School and served in youth ministry for over 20 years. They both enjoy traveling to explore new areas and also enjoy coffee, overseeing the Coffee Ministry at Radiant Church. Kelly has a passion for missions and baking. Jeremy loves all things adventure: skateboarding, biking, kayaking, hiking, exploring and fast cars. He never dreamed that his hobbies could be combined with ministry until he built a skate ramp in the gym for the youth in 2020 which has been an incredible outreach opportunity for students in the region.
CHILDREN'S PASTOR
PASTOR ROLLIE AND DARLENE DENNISON
Rollie and Darlene were born and raised in the Springfield area. They have been married for over 35 years and have raised 5 children. Rollie was ordained as a pastor in 1989 and Darlene also completed Bible School. Prior to partnering with Radiant as their church home, they served for 25 years in Youth Ministry alone. Their knowledge of God’s Word and trust in the Lord is inspiring to young and old alike.
Their mission as Radiant Children’s pastors is to preach the uncompromised Word of God and come alongside parents to lead and disciple the children, teaching them to follow Jesus with their whole heart, soul, and mind. They are fully committed to serving God’s kingdom in any way He directs and are all-in for God’s plans for and through Radiant Church. They have a heart for children and adults who don’t know Jesus yet, and readily share the Reason for their hope and joy that all would know Him.

Jessica began volunteering her time in July of 2017 doing any media related task and administrative tasks that needed to be completed. After working other jobs during this volunteer time, the Lord opened the door for her to join the staff at Radiant in December of 2021.

Teri has lived and raised her family in Springfield since 1980. She pastored for 30 years with her husband, who is now in Heaven. She has 4 grown, married children and 11 grandchildren who live in the Springfield area. She came to Radiant Church in early 2021 and became a member later that year. She is both honored and privileged to come alongside Pastors Mac and Jen to help fulfill the vision of Radiant, reaching the harvest.
